Additional Costs
In case of an accident, you may be responsible for the deductible for property damage and scooter damage under our tip-over insurance system. Additional costs during the rental period, such as tolls for Shimanami Kaido bridges and parking fees, are the customer's responsibility.
Payment Timing and Method
Payment is made online at the time of the rental contract (before departure). Credit card payment is the standard method. When paying by credit card, the actual deduction from your bank account follows the regulations of the credit card company.
Application Validity (New Reservations and Changes)
Reservations can be made up to 1 hour before use (online).
Cancellation

① If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us via the inquiry page on the site. Note that cancellation fees apply, so we recommend making your decision early.
Cancellation fees are as follows:-
On the day of rain: Free

7 days before the reservation date: Free

2 to 6 days before the reservation date: 20%

The day before the reservation date: 50%

On the day: 100%
② Regardless of the above, requests for changes may not be accommodated due to timing or reservation status. Please understand in advance. -
③ Even under the above circumstances, we will cover the cost if there is an obvious defect in the scooter. If the scooter does not meet your preference or for cancellations due to personal reasons, the cost will be borne by the customer.
